• It also incorporates a smart ink tank that prevents the tint from drying up by using a smart cap (twist the cap until you hear a click when closing)

HOW TO USE

Use a regular pencil to lightly trace on your eyelids where you would like the liquid eyeliner to go. Then use the Pen Liner to trace over pencil lines. At the lash line, create short dashes then connect it altogether with the Pen Liner. Ensure cap is tightly closed after using.
